At Cambridge Online School, we go to great lengths to ensure that you are satisfied with our educational system. However, we have a flexible money return policy for Cambridge Online School Full Day Scholars if you are dissatisfied or unable to continue/complete your studies with us. For the first 24 hours following Enrollment, we offer a no-questions-asked 100 percent refund (excluding the Registration Fee, which is never reimbursed).
In case of cancellation/withdrawal, kindly send your notice of cancellation via email at support@cambridgeonlineschool.org with the subject as ‘Request for Cancellation’.
No refund will be made in case you choose Part Time Scholars or Examinations Preparations.
Full Day Scholars Payment
No refund can be claimed after 90 days** of enrollment.Cambridge Online School students will be subject to the following Refund Policy after 24 hours of enrollment:

Please keep in mind that any refunds will only be provided to the source / bank account from which the money was paid. The amount of any refund (if any) will not include any handling or transaction fees.
* The refund/withdrawal must be initiated within the specified range.
** (Calendar) Days are measured in 24-hour increments, regardless of time zone.
Note: There will be no reimbursement if the student/guardian conceals/misrepresents personal, academic, or any other information, or if the student/guardian submits false/fake documents.
Note: Under no circumstances will the Registration Fee be refunded.
